Safety Information
⚠ Important Safety Information
The complete overview of safety information and warnings can be found in the manufacturers user manual (enclosed with every product).
Below are the important points summarized for your convenience. Please be aware that this list is not exhaustive and we cannot guarantee its completeness.

Regard washing instructions, keep away from little children, do not expose to heat and open fire.
Complete Bicycles, Framesets & Wheels
Assembly and Operation: Serious injury and/or equipment damage can be caused by incomplete assembly. Ensure all components of the bicycle are assembled according to the operating instructions. Tighten all screws/nuts with the specified tightening torque.
Permissible Load: Do not exceed the total permissible payload of the bicycle, as this can lead to the breakage or failure of important safety components. The braking system is only designed for the allowed total payload.
Laws and Regulations: Obey all local and federal bicycle laws and regulations. These include, but are not limited to, licensing, helmet use, child carriers, bicycle traffic laws, and the use of lights or reflectors.
Changes and Adjustments: Changing components on your bicycle can compromise safety and void the warranty. Not all components or accessories are tested for compatibility and safety. Consult your dealer before making any changes to your bicycle.
Suspension Setup: Improper suspension setup can cause product malfunction and increase the risk of losing control. Inspect your suspension regularly for damage and consult your dealer immediately if you notice any issues.
Wheel and Axle: Do not ride with improperly secured wheels or axles. This can cause the wheel to move or disengage, leading to a crash. Follow the axle manufacturer's instructions for proper installation.
Brake Levers and Seat Adjustments: Ensure you can reach the brake levers when your hands are securely positioned on the handlebar. Failure to do so can result in loss of control and a crash.
Disc Brakes: Do not touch disc brakes immediately after use. Disc brakes and rotors can become very hot and cause burns. Allow them to cool completely before handling.
Handlebars and Steering Tube: Handlebar height adjustments should only be done by a dealer. Improper installation can damage e.g. the steering tube and cause a crash.
Rotor Limitations: Adhere to the rotor size limitations as per your fork manufacturer's instructions. Using larger rotors than recommended can interfere with the fork, frame, or other components, causing a crash.
Handlebar Ends: Use handlebar plugs to cover the ends of the handlebar. Uncovered handlebar ends can cause puncture or cut injuries during a crash.
Seat Height Adjustment: Incorrect seat height adjustments can cause falls, serious injury, and/or death. It is recommended to have a dealer perform all assembly and adjustment work.
Seatpost Collar Bolt: Failure to tighten the seatpost collar binder bolt to the manufacturer’s recommendation can cause damage and a crash.
Seat Adjustment: An improperly adjusted or non-fitting saddle can cause soft tissue, nerve, and blood vessel injuries. Consult your dealer for proper seat adjustment.
Air Hoses: Do not use air hoses at gas stations to inflate tires. These can have inaccurate pressure readings and inflate tires too quickly, causing damage.
Tire Clearance: Ensure at least 6 mm of tire clearance for mountain bikes and cyclo cross bikes when the air is released from the fork and the fork is completely compressed. For all other bikes the requirement is 4 mm. This prevents the tire from stopping against the fork.
Luggage and Trailers: Using luggage carriers or trailers can affect steering, suspension performance, and braking distance. Do not overload the bicycle and ensure luggage does not interfere with lights or moving components.
Maintenance Intervals: Observe maintenance intervals as recommended in the maintenance tables. Regular inspections and maintenance are crucial to identify wear and damage and prevent failures during use. In the event of an impact or crash, consult your dealer immediately for inspection. Ensure regular maintenance, frequent inspections, and part replacements as necessary.
